On-call remain in a constant dialogue with our client to ensure that their needs are examined at all times and tailored accordingly when needed by providing an experienced account management team to enable all communications and requests to be facilitated without issue. Issues that commonly arise are based around attendance, time-keeping, skill-set and work performance – those issues are controlled by our account management team who provide open communication and solutions as required to keep the client satisfied.
