Starting in recruitment in 1990, Adrian has built a reputation for client retention and customer service. Having founded On-call in 2005, all aspects of the business are overseen to ensure his own high standards are still maintained to this day almost three decades later.

Joining in 2014 with a background in both the construction and food industries, Bernie supports the MD with senior management communication lines to the client base, providing daily support and direction to the recruitment team.
